Different Styles, Same Audience

New Look and Dorothy Perkins qare two completely different clothing stores, however their audience is very similar; teenagers and young adults. Both stores sell shoes, clothes, jewellry and bags, however each shop has a completely different style and price range.

Both of the logos have a simple typeface, however the New Look logo looks more trendy and young, whereas the Dorothy Perkins logo looks more sophisticated and upmarket.As well as this, the layout of the shops are completely different; Dorothy Perkins only have a few of each item of clothing on display, and all of the displays are spread out among the shop floor, whereas New Look have many different stalls and displays scattered around the shop floor.

All of the clothing from both shops are intended for young adults and teenagers, however New Look clothing is cheaper and more trendy for festival goers and parties, whereas the clothing from Dorothy Perkins is for more formal occasions and casual dresswear parties.
